Please arrive by Wednesday, October 23rd, 2pm to check in. We will all meet at 3.30pm by the ocean front pool for the Welcome event. The retreat concludes by early-afternoon on Sunday, October 27th.

Hotel Komune is a 60-90 minute transfer from Denpasar International Airport. 

There are a few options for transfers to the Retreat:

1. You can arrange your own taxi on arrival into Denpasar;

2. Book a private transfer through the services like Booking.com, or use online booking tools like Jayride.com or Rome2rio.com; or

3. Book an Airport transfer, directly through the Kommune Resort. Cost is US$35 per car, one way. 1 car can fit up to 3 people with luggage. Payment is due upon arrival. 4. It's best to take some cash with you for taxi's, or pre-book your transfer.

The Hotel Komune resort offers a beach club, open-air restaurant, beauty/health spa, yoga pavilions, a gym training centre, a private skate park, direct beach access, complimentary WiFi, laundry services, concierge, and organized excursions.

All meals are included and cater to various dietary requirements. The resort's three dining venues offer fresh, healthy, and world-class cuisine with many ingredients sourced locally.

Pack for warm weather, including swimwear, activewear, casual dinner attire, and closed-toe shoes (including some that can get wet). Don't forget essentials like sunscreen, a hat, mosquito repellent, and a power adapter for Indonesia's two-pin plugs.

It is also advised to bring cash with you, that you can change to the local IDR currency for use on day trips, tours, souvenirs or tipping. Many places in Bali accept card, especially in the resort, however, cash for use outside the resort at Markets stalls etc, is always preferred by locals. 

Download WhatsApp before you arrive, as it's widely used in Bali for local communication. We will also be using WhatsApp for updates and communication during the event.

You can check with your mobile provider for international roaming options or purchase an eSim from providers like Airalo or Klook.

Consult your GP about vaccinations, including Hepatitis A, which is recommended for Bali.

The cost of the B1 Bali Visa is AUD$50, or IDR$500,000

Yes. There is no additional fee for child accommodation under 6 years of age. If you purchased a single ticket your room in your Breakthrough Retreat ticket package, this is for a single room ticket only and therefore you will need to upgrade to a private room if you are bringing a child.

There is no charge to enter and use the facilities of the kids club but there will be an additional fee to join the weekly kids program.

Cost are available for a small additional fee.

Kids Facilities:

The Kids Club/Free Range Fruit Bowl Skate Park is located at the back of Komune Hotel Bali. The hotel suggest that you bring your kids skateboards as they have a limited number available within the resort. There are also trampolines, playground, vegetables and animal garden.

The kids are a opens from 9 AM - 5 PM everyday.

Babysitting:

Hotel Komune provide a Baby sitting service at a cost of IDR 100,000  per hour per child payable directly at the Resort.

Please book at least 1 day in advance. Please note that IDR 100,000  cancellation fee is applicable for cancellation less than 24 hours before.
